Robinson Grace HR Consultancy was founded by Louise Skittrall in 2011. Louise has extensive experience in the corporate and third sector worlds and now specialises in helping small and medium size businesses to handle people problems and confront issues before they escalate.
Bob
Bob has 15 years HR experience, working in operational and Consultancy roles across a broad range of national and international not for profit, tourism, service industry and manufacturing sectors, building engaging relationships with clients and stakeholders to achieve their goals.

Helen is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), with over 20 years HR experience as generalist, working within various diverse sectors, and sized organisations.
Linda
H&S Consultant Linda has an extensive range of multi industry H&S experience, including engineering and logistics. Linda enjoys getting to know clients and sharing her passion for Health and Safety with them to empower teams to improve levels of safety in the workplace.

Sue is an experienced Senior Administrator with over 17 years of experience in HR Administration and Recruitment, having dealt with all areas of the employee lifecycle.
Sue has experience of FCA regulated employers, Local Authority, and charities.
Michaela
Michaela is an HR Apprentice and will be completing her CIPD Level 3 in 2025. She has a variety of experience in operations, project management and people management across SMEs, not for profits and national organisations.
Lisa
Lisa operates as an experienced generalist HR professional with over 20 years’ in the field of HR for education. She has extensive public sector experience in local government, with in depth experience in Local Authority Schools, Academies, Multi Academy Trusts and Independent Schools.
Laura
A highly experienced HR Director and Paralegal specialising in employment law and employee relations cases. Laura is an accredited Mediator (civil and commercial), a trained Employment Law Tribunal Advocate, and is CIPD Level 7 qualified as an HR Professional with significant experience across a variety of private and non-profit organisations.
Ruth
Ruth specialises in HR and business improvement services including pay and benefits, job analysis, and job evaluation, performance management system set up and review, people management training and development and business process analysis and improvement.
Laura
With over 26 years of HR experience, Laura is committed to challenging traditional people practices and creating workplaces where employees genuinely want to work. Her approach is bold, pragmatic, and focused on making a real impact.
Fin

Chester & Harper are our most popular team members, acting as Wellbeing Champions. Chester encourages us to incorporate fresh air into our working day whenever possible with walking meetings. HR Harper reminds us to keep up our energy with regular snacks.
