Helen is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), with over 20 years HR experience as generalist, working within various diverse sectors, and sized organisations.

 

She has a comprehensive understanding of HR polices, practices and procedures where she adapts employment legislation/best practice to build relationships with stakeholders and clients when working on projects and casework.

 

Helen was an army cadet instructor, is a trained massage therapist. In her spare time, she can be found pottering in her garden and is part of Phoenix Gardens, where she is responsible for seven garden planters within the town she lives in.
