Health & Safety Policy

The law requires a written health and safety policy for 5+ employees, including:
A health and safety policy statement of intent which includes the health and safety aims and objectives of the organization;
the people with specific health and safety responsibilities and their duties;
Health and safety arrangements systems and procedures in place.
